Refresh city locations from GeoNames on a recurring schedule.
Five fields: minute, hour, day of month, month, day of week. Uses the server’s local timezone.
Default: 0 3 1 */3 * runs quarterly at 03:00 on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Disable the schedule and click Update to stop future refreshes. Missing city data is downloaded on the next enabled cron check.
